Based on these findings, organic meat and milk contain 50 percent more omega-3 fatty acids than conventionally raised meat and milk. Omega-3s are linked to reductions in cardiovascular disease, improved neurological development and function, better immune function and more vibrant skin and hair. This is not the first study with these type of results – but be mindful that all of the statistical data regarding these studies have not been published.
