Payment for services is due at time of consultation. Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Payment information is required to reserve your session time; the card will not be charged until completion of the session. Kimberly Young Consulting is an out of network provider for most private insurance and will provide a super bill for appropriate services. Most flex spending and HSA accounts are accepted.
All sessions are completed exclusively online via a HIPAA compliant portal. You will receive confirmation and email reminders of your selected session time.
Your selected appointment time is reserved for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. With the exception of medical emergencies- late cancellations, same day cancellations and no shows are subject to non-refundable fees.
