In 3 months my cholesterol dropped to 162, the lowest level ever for my cholesterol and my blood sugar was in the normal range. My doctor could not believe I had made this large of a reduction in my cholesterol without medication. Kimberly took me through a guided elimination diet to address some autoimmune issues I was experiencing. We talked weekly and she helped me plan a shopping list so that I could stock my kitchen with alternatives and make plans for eating out. The elimination part was challenging initially but I learned a lot and was pleased to be able to uncover some of my food sensitivities in the process. I ended up losing a little weight as well. I feel better and I would say Kimberly’s guidance definitely made the difference for me.
