The one-to-one consultations are a blend of functional nutrition and integrative therapies. This will include a thorough evaluation of your current concerns and any conditions that might be addressed with dietary modification. We will discuss your medical history and dietary habits, current lifestyle and targeted goals. We will also discuss food sensitivities and triggers, stress management techniques and detoxification if relevant.

Testing allows us to identify root causes and helps to get improved results more efficiently. Testing is an additional cost. Options include: Nutritional profiling, Micronutrient testing, GI health screens, IgG/IgE Sensitivity testing, DNA and pharmacology testing, Telomere Age testing and Organic Acid testing.
