Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Kimberly Young Nutrition collects when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Please read it alongside our Medical Disclaimer.

Information you choose to give us

When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message you supply. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties. Submissions are stored inside WordPress and a notification is emailed to our team.

Information collected automatically

To keep the site secure and to understand how visitors use it, we collect:

  • Form anti-spam metadata: When you submit the contact form we record your IP address, browser/user-agent, and a Google reCAPTCHA score. This helps us block automated spam.
  • Google Analytics 4: Aggregate, anonymized data about pages visited and traffic sources. Google sets cookies in your browser as part of this. You can opt out by installing Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: Protects against automated abuse on our forms. reCAPTCHA’s use of your data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Third-party embeds

When you click “Book Now” or similar scheduling buttons, the booking calendar is hosted by Practice Better. Information you enter to book or pay is processed by Practice Better under their own Privacy Policy. We also link to Fullscript for supplement orders; purchases there are governed by Fullscript’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, and standard WordPress session/login cookies (only when you log in to the admin area). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features (e.g. logging in to the admin) will then stop working.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide ongoing service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default settings.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of any information we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate information, and to ask us to delete your data. To exercise any of these rights please contact us using the form on this site.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
