My working with Kimberly these last few months has produced the results I have been hoping for. Just had blood work done and tests show the levels are down in a very critical area and up in a positive way in another. I am so excited….. Kimberly went over labs and physical results with me in our initial consult explaining in more detail about what certain lab results meant, discussed a plan and happy to report great results! My doctor could not believe I had made this large of a reduction in my cholesterol without medication. He told me in his forty year practice he had never seen this type of change without putting a patient on a medication.

We talked weekly and she helped me plan a shopping list so that I could stock my kitchen with alternatives and make plans for eating out. The elimination part was challenging initially but I learned a lot and was pleased to be able to uncover some of my food sensitivities in the process. I ended up losing a little weight as well.
