During your session, we will discuss your lifestyle, medical history, dietary habits, personal food preferences and sensitivities. We will also explore stress management techniques and detoxification. My program is focused on modifying your dietary lifestyle and nutrition with a primary focus on nutrient-rich whole foods, including supplementation or additional therapeutics when necessary and appropriate. If warranted, I will suggest nutritional profiling, food sensitivity testing, and other analyses that can offer additional insights into your overall health.
