The food you consume is more than the sum of its nutrients and can be a vital aspect of healing, wellness and longevity. We will discuss your lifestyle, medical history, dietary habits, personal food preferences and sensitivities.  We will also explore stress management techniques and detoxification. If warranted, I will suggest nutritional profiling, food sensitivity testing, and other analyses that can offer additional insights into your overall health. My program is focused on modifying your dietary lifestyle and nutrition with a primary focus on nutrient-rich whole foods, including supplementation or additional therapeutics when necessary and appropriate. Even small changes can have significant impact.

Kimberly took me through a guided elimination diet to address some autoimmune issues I was experiencing. We talked weekly and she helped me plan a shopping list so that I could stock my kitchen with alternatives and make plans for eating out. In 3 months my cholesterol dropped to 162, the lowest level ever for my cholesterol and my blood sugar was in the normal range.  My doctor could not believe I had made this large of a reduction in my cholesterol without medication. He told me in his forty year practice he had never seen this type of change without putting a patient on a medication.

Kimberly made all the difference in my health.
